Satisfaction with your furniture order is very important to us, so we have designed our online furniture ordering process to include both email and phone confirmation with our sales group. We are here to make your purchase go smoothly from our first conversations with you all the way through delivery to your home.

Order by Phone
Call us and let us know how we can bring the joy of Maine Cottage to your home. Our sales associates know and love our colors, fabrics and products. They are here to guide you in person every step of the way. We actually prefer this to online orders, because quite frankly, we love our products too and we'd love to participate in your home furnishing project.

Furniture Orders
Please expect the following contact from us after you place an order for furniture:

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email with an Order Number for your records.

For painted and upholstered orders, you will receive a color chip and/or fabric swatch card for your final approval.

As a follow up, you will then receive a phone call from a Sales Associate who will confirm your order, finalize fabric swatch and/or color card approval (if applicable), and discuss delivery.

Payment Methods:
Maine Cottage accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Personal checks, money orders and Maine Cottage gift cards may used in our company stores and through the mail. Full payment is required to ship an order. We are required to collect sales tax in Maine and South Carolina.

New! E-Bill: Order furniture online without using your credit card online.
E-Bill is an easy-to-use alternative to using a credit card to place orders online for furniture. When we receive your E-Bill order, we will contact you within 3 business days to confirm your order, answer any questions you may have, and request payment.

Orders for accessory items, catalogs, swatches etc. are not eligible for E-Bill unless they are combined with furniture items.

Contract and Hospitality
Maine Cottage products are wonderfully styled, customizable and durably constructed for installation in hospitality environments. We have completed great projects in luxury resort, planned retirement and vacation communities, and model homes.
