OFFICE & FINANCIAL MANAGER
The primary function of the Financial and Office Manager is to perform administrative and book keeping functions. The ideal candidate will have expert level experience in QuickBooks and be able to juggle basic tasks like answering phone calls, entering invoices, managing payroll, and filing client paperwork while simultaneously assisting management in preparing financial reports (including sales reports and cash flow projections) for outside investors. Maine Cottage is looking for a highly motivated individual that can independently determine tasks and priorities, confidently solve problems and implement processes and procedures in a fast paced environment.

The primary function of the Customer Service Representative at Maine Cottage® is to manage customer orders and
relationships with individual clients throughout the eight week process from initial order to delivery. This includes
coordination with vendors including furniture builders, fabric manufacturers, receiving companies, freight carriers and
in-home delivery services. Maine Cottage is looking for a person that will approach the Customer Service position as an extension of corporate sales and marketing and consider themselves an ambassador for a luxury brand.
