CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Maine Cottage® currently has an opening for an outgoing, organized, and quick-thinking individual as a Customer Service Representative. The person in this role works directly with the Customer Service Director to monitor customer orders and develops relationships with individual clients throughout the process from initial order to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role on the small team of an emerging brand.

A Maine Cottage® sales associate has the primary job responsibility of delivering an outstanding retail experience to our customers.
