The Large Margate Buffet & Hutch embodies deep drawers, perfect for all your linens and textiles necessary for pulling off a fabulous soiree. Loaded with GINORMOUS drawers and spectacular glass shelving. Beach house furniture never seemed so functional! (Did you know that "ginormous" is now a bona fide word in Webster's? No, really.)   • Shelves are removable and supported with discreet stainless steel shelf supports.
  • Drawers are dovetailed front and back with full extension stainless steel drawer slides.
  • Glass pane doors are standard and equipped with concealed cabinet hinges. To substitute wood panel doors, please call Maine Cottage® Customer Service toll free at 866-366-3505.
  • Mortise and tenon joinery is used on door frames.
  • Buffet and hutch combinations have pre-drilled holes on the buffet top with dowels that connect the hutch to the buffet to prevent movement.
  • Hutch includes no-tip hardware.
  • The frames of both the buffet and hutch are constructed of solid Maple.
  • Side panels are constructed of strong 7-ply maple veneer, chosen for its durability and sustainability.
  • The back is painted and cleanly attached with dado joinery and screws (no staples).
  • Solid shaker style aprons provide structural support to the solid wood buffet.
  • Solid wood top is edge glued.
  • Each piece of Maine Cottage® furniture is bench built to order by an experienced woodworker.
  • The average lead time for painted furniture is 10-14 weeks. Lead times may vary depending on the season and your shipping location.

PAINT FINISH
  • Maine Cottage® proudly uses low VOC (volatile organic compound) waterborne paint finishes.
  • Our finishing process includes a minimum of 4 coats, hand sanding between each, and buffing to a fine, smooth sheen.
  • Choose from 46 signature Maine Cottage® paint colors.
PAINT CARE
  • For cleaning, use mild, soapy water and dry the piece immediately with a clean, soft cloth.
  • Our water-based finish has a satin sheen and should not be waxed or polished, as that will alter the finish.

At Maine Cottage®, our goal is to ship your items so that they arrive timely and in excellent condition. We ship through White Glove Service (National and Local), or UPS depending upon the item ordered and the delivery location. Each item is blanket-wrapped, packaged and transported to your home. Two-man teams ensure proper placement in your home, performing assembly as required. White Glove Shipping is used for most furniture items delivered in the continental United States.
