Return Policy

Product Damage

In the event that your furniture is damaged in transit, or that you discover a defect in our furniture, please contact our Customer Service Department at 866.366.3505, ext. 111 within 5 days of receipt. In most instances, we will schedule on-site repairs or make transportation arrangements for an exchange, depending on the severity of the damage.

Product Defect

Should your Maine Cottage® product have a defect that is covered by a Registered Warranty, and you have retained the original sales receipt, please call our Customer Service Department at 866.366.3505, ext. 111 to file your claim. In most cases, furniture will be replaced upon inspection.

Product Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellations or changes on orders must be received in writing and may incur a 35% restocking fee. Refunds will be mailed in the form of a corporate check and may take up to 30 days to be issued.


If you are not happy with a home accessory product you purchase through MaineCottage.com or at our Flagship store, we will gladly exchange the item or accept the return and credit your original method of payment up to 30 days after purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees apply.
