In the event that your furniture is damaged in transit, or that you discover a defect in our furniture, please contact our Customer Service Department at 866.366.3505 within 5 days of receipt. In most instances, we will schedule on-site repairs or make transportation arrangements for an exchange, depending on the severity of the damage.

Should your Maine Cottage® product have a defect that is covered by a Registered Warranty, and you have retained the original sales receipt, please call our Customer Service Department at 866-366-3505 to file your claim. In most cases, furniture will be replaced upon inspection.

Cancellations or changes on orders must be received in writing and may incur a 35% restocking fee.

If you are not happy with a home accessory product you purchase through MaineCottage.com or at our Flagship store, we will gladly exchange the item or accept the return and credit your original method of payment up to 30 days after purchase. Return shipping fees will apply.
