"White Glove" furniture deliveries within the continental United States. Ours is a delivery service experience unlike most others in the furniture business. "White Glove" service provides a friendly, polite, two-man professional crew to unpack, assemble and adjust as required, room placement, and remove all packaging materials and boxes. We like to say "White Glove" is the "valet service" of furniture delivery.
Delivery charges are calculated based on a minimum rate and increase as a percentage of the total order value, so that if you purchase more at one time, you will enjoy delivery savings. *Orders placed online only, with a value over $20,000 will receive free shipping.

For shipping to far-reaching areas like the West Coast, South Florida, the Southwest, and Upper Peninsula of Michigan, additional shipping time may be required based on the loading schedule for those deliveries. Your order may be delayed by 2-3 weeks beyond the normal delivery schedule. Please contact Customer Service if you have a deadline and live in one of these areas.

Furniture Delivery Time
We build your furniture when you place your order. The time it takes to build and complete a delivery depends on the complexity, size and location of your order. If you give us three months, we will fill your house with furniture - in most locations within the continental United States. For orders that are less-than-a-house-full or if you have a deadline to meet, it is best to call us and speak with a Sales consultanta t 866.366.3505, ext. 107 or 114. We can create an order and delivery plan that best fits your needs.
Once your order is placed you will receive an email from our Customer Service Department with an anticipated delivery time for your specific order. Our lead times vary from season to season, please call a Customer Service Associate at 866.366.3505, ext. 111 to verify your specific lead time when placing an order.
Common Carrier Service
If you are working with a receiving company that has a loading dock, special arrangements can be made to box and pallet your order. Arrangements can be made for freight lines to deliver your order. Please contact a Design Associate at 866.366.3505 ext. 107 or 114 to place your order. We do not recommend Common Carrier Service for delivery in residential areas.
Standard White Glove Delivery
Standard White Glove is our preferred method of residential furniture delivery. Furniture is blanket wrapped with care, delivered and assembled in your home (some assembly is required for beds). Delivery can be upgraded to Premium White Glove Delivery for faster delivery time. This method of delivery requires a quote from our Customer Service Department. Accessories and a limited number of our less fragile furniture pieces ship by a Ground carrier within the continental United States. Shipping rates are determined by the weight and destination zip code of the order. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge for some items. Orders for fabric yardage also ship via Ground and and incur a $15.00 cutting fee per fabric within an order.
