  • Vanity top has an overhang of 1" on 3 sides and is flush with the back.
  • Vanities are available as a cabinet only, cabinet and top only or as a cabinet, top, sink and faucet.
  • Standard sink is the Kohler® Farmington, white cast iron sink (model no. K2905-1). Download Specifications.
  • Standard faucet is the Kohler® Fairfax, polished chrome single lever (model no. K-12182-CP).
  • Wood tops are finished with a clear water-resistant lacquer. We do not recommend painted tops for bathroom use.
  • Side panels are constructed of strong 7-ply maple veneer, chosen for its durability and sustainability.
  • Drawers are dovetailed front and back with full extension stainless steel drawer slides.
  • Mortise and tenon joinery is used on all door frames.
  • Doors are equipped with exposed stainless steel lift off hinges.
  • Painted vanity backs are removable. During installation, you can choose to remove the back for a clean opening against the wall, or have your installer cut an opening in the removable painted panel.
  • Solid shaker style aprons provide extra structural support for our cottage style vanities.
  • American made vanities are corner blocked with center supports for added structural strength.
  • Each piece of Maine Cottage® furniture is bench built to order by an experienced woodworker.
  • The average lead time for tables is 10-14 weeks. Lead times may vary depending on the season and your shipping location.
  • Furniture is made in the USA.

PAINT FINISH
  • Maine Cottage® proudly uses low VOC (volatile organic compound) waterborne paint finishes.
  • Our finishing process includes a minimum of 4 coats, hand sanding between each, and buffing to a fine, smooth sheen.
  • Choose from 46 signature Maine Cottage® paint colors.
PAINT CARE
  • For cleaning, use mild, soapy water and dry the piece immediately with a clean, soft cloth.
  • Our water-based finish has a satin sheen and should not be waxed or polished, as that will alter the finish.

At Maine Cottage®, our goal is to ship your items so that they arrive timely and in excellent condition. We ship through White Glove Service (National and Local), or UPS depending upon the item ordered and the delivery location. WHITE GLOVE:
Each item is blanket-wrapped, packaged and transported to your home. Two-man teams ensure proper placement in your home, performing assembly as required. White Glove Shipping is used for most furniture items delivered in the continental United States.

GROUND SERVICE:
Small furniture and accessories are boxed appropriately and sent via UPS Ground to the location specified on your order. If you prefer expedited UPS delivery services, such as Overnight or Air, please call Customer Service directly at 866.366.3505 to place your order.
