- take Exit 2 to merge onto MD-10 South toward Severna Park
- turn left at MD-2 South/Ritchie Hwy
- slight right onto Balt. Annap. Blvd.
- turn right onto Riggs Ave.
- the Flagship Store will be on your left across from Severna Park Elementary

Directions to the Maine Cottage® Store from Annapolis:

- take 301 N/US- 50 E via ramp to Bay Bridge
- take exit 27 to MD-2 North
- keep left and follow signs for MD-2 N/Baltimore - merge onto MD-2 North
- turn left at McKinsey
- Mckinsey will turn into Riggs - continue going straight
- the flagship store will be on your left across from Severna Park Elementary

- take US-50 E/New York Ave NW
- take exit 27 to MD-2 North
- keep left and follow signs for MD-2 N/Baltimore - merge onto MD-2 North
