Regular vacuuming and the occasional gentle shake should keep your rug in shipshape condition. Our tufted wool area rugs naturally lose a bit of fuzz. Simply fetch a vacuum and groom away. For all wool rugs, we recommend professional cleaning only.

*Due to the handmade quality of our rugs, they may vary slightly in size and/or color.

Some shedding may occur with all hand-knotted rugs. Use a low setting when vacuuming to minimize shedding. If shedding still occurs, professional cleaning can help remove loose fibers.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you are not happy with a FULL-SIZED rug you purchased, we will gladly exchange or accept a return within 30 days of your purchase. Please follow this link to request a return authorization and shipping label. All rug returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or equivalent with a return authorization number. All refunds are issued after receipt of the package and inspection of the rug, typically within 30 days of receiving the rug. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for rug samples at this time.
