If you are not happy with a FULL-SIZED rug you purchased, we will gladly exchange or accept a return within 30 days of your purchase. Please follow this link to request a return authorization and shipping label. All rug returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or equivalent with a return authorization number. All refunds are issued after receipt of the package and inspection of the rug, typically within 30 days of receiving the rug. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees apply.

Vacuum regularly on "floor setting" without a beater bar, or shake it out to remove surface dirt. Spot clean by blotting with a clean sponge or white cloth. Use a solution of water and mild soap. Air dry. Professionally clean as needed. To preserve the life of the rug, we recommend using a rug pad.
