Using COM voids any and all warranties other than those related to manufacturing defects.
In the event that a defect is discovered during or after the upholstery process, including but not limited to fabric irregularities, seam slipage, fabric bunching or wrinkling, or durability problems, the defect will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Maine Cottage does not guarantee against excess or shortage on COM due to variations in patterns and cutting characteristics.
When using non-railroad fabrics, seams on the tops of cushions and/or back pillows may be required on certain styles.
Due to inherent design characteristics of fabrics containing stripes, plaids or other patterns, we do not recommend using them on styles that are button tufted or patchwork in design. Doing so can result in mismatched or distorted patterns.
COM orders are not returnable for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
Orders are not scheduled until all COM and completed COM form with required instructions are received by Maine Cottage.
Excess COM will not be returned unless requested on the COM form. If there is excess and it is requested to be returned after the completion of the order, additional shipping charges may apply
