NEED A RUG PAD TOO?
For this rug, we recommend our True Grip Rug Pad to keep your rug in place for the long haul. If a rug pad is ordered along with a rug, our service team will cut the pad within an inch of the outside dimension of the ordered rug, roll them together, and package them together as one roll for easier installation.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Mild soap/detergent and water are recommended. It may be necessary to clean and rinse the entire rug to avoid spreading and staining.
RETURN POLICY
Because this rug is custom-cut, we cannot accept returns unless for a manufacturer's defect or damage during shipping. We encourage you to purchase a $2 sample of this rug to ensure the color and pattern works in your space. For assistance, please email customercare@mainecottage.com or call 866-366-3505.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for RUG SAMPLES at this time.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
If you are not happy with a FULL-SIZED rug you purchased, we will gladly exchange or accept a return within 30 days of your purchase. Please follow this link to request a return authorization and shipping label. All rug returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or equivalent with a return authorization number. All refunds are issued after receipt of the package and inspection of the rug, typically within 30 days of receiving the rug. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees apply.
