A beloved classic, Medici was a top design selected by our customers for our 30th-anniversary celebration. Like the Medici family for which it is named, this lyrical damask is infused with Florentine grace and royal heritage. Lustrous shades of our plush, eco-friendly Responsible Wool Standard certified yarns are hand-tufted in rows of cut-and-loop pile to accentuate the damask design.<br><br>100% wool pile certified to the Responsible Wool Standard (Bureau Veritas TE-00076280). Hand-tufted, 5/8" cut and loop New Zealand wool pile. Made in India. GoodWeave certified.<br><br>Woven cotton backing<br><br>Medici contains 100% wool pile certified to the Responsible Wool Standard (Bureau Veritas TE-00076280). The purchase of RWS certified product demonstrates demand for better animal welfare practices and responsible land management in the wool supply chain.

Vacuum regularly. Do not use beater bar. Spot clean with mild cleaning solution for wool. Air dry. Professional carpet cleaning recommended. Should long ends of yarn appear on surface, do not pull. Use scissors to trim yarn evenly with rug surface. To preserve the life of the rug, we recommend using a rug pad.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you are not happy with a FULL-SIZED rug you purchased, we will gladly exchange or accept a return within 30 days of your purchase. Please follow this link to request a return authorization and shipping label. All rug returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or equivalent with a return authorization number. All refunds are issued after receipt of the package and inspection of the rug, typically within 30 days of receiving the rug. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for rug samples at this time.
