Maine Cottage fabric patterns are designed by a talented team of artists and are exclusively our own. They are printed on a durable, 16 oz., 100% basket-weave cotton cloth. Fabric colorways are coordinated with our signature paint palette so that you can easily mix-and-match. Fabric yardage orders have a minimum of 1 yard and are only available in full yard increments.

Fabric Care & Cleaning: WS - Water-based or solvent-based spot clean.
Regular Maintenance:: Light dusting and occasional vacuuming with a soft brush or upholstery attachment are recommended to remove surface dust and prevent build-up.
Spot Cleaning: Promptly treat spills and stains. Start by blotting spills with a clean cloth dampened with plain water. If stain is still visible, treat with a water-based detergent, and finally with a solvent-based cleaner only if necessary. Always pretest in an inconspicuous area before proceeding. Do not saturate. Remove any cleaner residue to avoid build-up which can attract dirt. A professional cleaning service should be consulted for extensive or problem staining.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for cut yardage at this time and encourage you to order fabric samples before placing a yardage order.
Our durable 18-ounce cotton-linen blend fabrics are rotary screen-printed with VAT dyes for
vivid color, saturation, and quality. During the rotary process, inks are forced through mesh screens
into the cloth’s fibers. The deep penetration holds color better and longer than digital printing.

85% Cotton | 15% Linen. It exhibits
the luxurious texture of linen and the
durability and wrinkle-free qualities
of cotton.
