A longtime customer favorite, our Kota Indigo Handwoven Rug is now available in a machine-washable version. Criss-crossed with a natural diamond grid, this rug boasts a southwestern flair that can truly go anywhere but works especially well in busy spaces like entryways, mudrooms, and kitchens. All of our washable rugs feature a low profile 0.15-inch pile height. This ultra-sleek design allows for easy machine washability.

Vacuum regularly. Rug sizes 5'x8' and smaller are machine washable. Wash separately, using cold water and a mild detergent. For best results, use a washing machine sized 4.2+ Cu. Ft. or larger. Do not bleach. Hang or lay flat to dry; do not machine dry. Due to size, we recommend either spot cleaning rug sizes 6'x9' and 8' x10' or having them professionally cleaned in an extra-large capacity washing machine. Please note: if your rug arrives folded, it may take up to two weeks for any creases to relax.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you are not happy with a FULL-SIZED rug you purchased, we will gladly exchange or accept a return within 30 days of your purchase. Please follow this link to request a return authorization and shipping label. All rug returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or equivalent with a return authorization number. All refunds are issued after receipt of the package and inspection of the rug, typically within 30 days of receiving the rug. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for rug samples at this time.
