All refunds are issued after receipt of the package and inspection of the rug, typically within 30days of receiving the rug. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees apply.

CARE:Regular vacuuming and the occasional gentle shake should keep your rug in shipshape condition. Spot clean with soapy water. Do not bleach. Spray with hose and air dry. Do not machine wash. Do not machine dry.
