Thorough and regular vacuuming is recommended. Be sure the beater bar is properly adjusted so the brushes barely touch the face of the rug. For liquid spills, blot with a dry rag. Dry cleaning methods are recommended for spills and stains.

If you are not happy with a FULL-SIZED rug you purchased, we will gladly exchange or accept a return within 30 days of your purchase. Please follow this link to request a return authorization and shipping label. All rug returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or equivalent with a return authorization number. All refunds are issued after receipt of the package and inspection of the rug, typically within 30 days of receiving the rug. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for rug samples at this time.
